Shipping

All orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Some items shipped directly from the vendor may take longer. Personalized items generally take 1-2 weeks, and up to 4 weeks on some items. Please refer to the individual item pages for processing time.

We have a 3 tier flat rate shipping fee for FedEx Ground, UPS ground or United States Priority Mail. Rates are the following:

From $1 - $60 = $8.95
From $60.01 - $80.00 = $9.95
From $80.01 - $99 = $10.95
From $99.01 - Free Ground Shipping

HI, Virgin Islands, PR, APO & FPO orders are the following and only ship via Priority Mail:

$1 to 49.99 = $9.95
50.00 to 74.99 = $10.95
75.00 to 99.99 = $12.95
100.00 to 149.99 = $15.95
150.00 up = $22.00

Returns:

It is vital to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not you are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase. Merchandise must be in saleable condition and not used or seals broken.

However, you must contact us by e-mail for an RMA number (return authorization number). Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to sender. We cannot guarantee a proper credit without an RMA number. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed on unauthorized returns without an RMA number.

***Custom made, personalized and custom orders are non-refundable.***

Your refund will be issued upon receipt minus any shipping charges. You are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

For items damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery for further instructions.

Opened cd's, software, dvd's or vhs tapes may not be returned once opened unless damaged from manufacturer.

Payment Options:

Sales Tax:

Luna Bebe is required by law to collect 8.75% sales tax on products shipped to residents of California.
